This bug cost me a ranked game. Can someone do something?

I've already reported this in game, once. Nothing was done. Of course.

So, here, let's try this all again. I was loaded into a ranked game, and when I finally loaded in the game. I had NO DISPLAYS at all. No map, no stats, no items, no abilities, nothing. I have an awesome computer, and a great internet connection. What's going on?
