question about suspensions
is it possible to be permabanned after a 2 week suspension, i had an account that was supposed to be unbanned today but it ended up being locked. can someone check it i dont have the original email

It is possible, while on a 2 week ban, to be issued a permanent suspension or lock for various non-behavioral reasons, as well as if the original behavior was deemed through manual review to be extreme.
Some causes of this may be a chargeback of an RP purchase, use of hacks, scripts, or unapproved third party programs, if it looked like your account was compromised or stolen by someone else, or a few other uncommon reasons,

It is but if they already gave you a 2 week suspension then you'd have to come back into the game and do something else to get banned. Pretty sure that is how it goes based off of self experience.
