Well, Name & Shame is against the boards rules. You should be able to raise awareness of offensive club names and tags without showing a real player or group.

That said, you can use the Inappropriate Summoner Name report option for these. Clearly offensive tags (like 'KKK') will be dealt with and the people that chose to be a part of it may be punished accordingly. If you are unable to report them in-game, you can report it in a Support Ticket.
