After each report pop-up, I would like to see my own chat pasted before me so I can reflect on what I did to warrant that offensive language report. I know many are false, but to see my chat would prove validity one way or the other in each game I get reported, and it would help the reformation process.

I definitely think the warning system is in need of a revamp and including chat logs in it would be awesome.
They purposefully don't give you the other players logs because it has no baring on your case. It would just be a distraction from their own behavior. People already try to use it to excuse their behavior without the actual logs. So I doubt that aspect of chat logs will ever be changed.

The automated system already does it for punishments. The warning system is just way older than it. It probably wouldn't be all that much work to extend that to the warning system. The downside is probably more of a cost issue because the processing required to do it isn't free. The benefits of improving it are probably not very significant either. It is at most a minor annoyance for most people.
