The Ban System needs to be adjusted to pick up certain things like "kys"

In my opinion, there should be an absolute ZERO tolerance for one being told to kill themselves. Abbreviation or not it is absolutely not cool and that player should be punished immediately regardless of their track record. I'm saying this because yesterday I played with one of the most toxic players I've ever played with, told me and a fellow ally to "kys" because we lost our lane. I didn't respond, I just muted him and kept playing. Then again in post game lobby, he then types "kys Kat and veigar" because we both performed poorly. Shortly after i expected a pop up telling me that my report got him banned because that should NEVER be accepted in the game, but I got nothing.

Does the comment bother me? No, I kept playing and minded my own business and focused on winning. But some people can't deal with it like that and can take it VERY seriously. How do I know the fellow veigar I am playing with isn't a 14 year old struggling with depression and self harm? I don't, which is why this talk needs to be punished immediately because it is not only a form of harassment but it is a serious issue that needs to be dealt with before something actually happens.
