So you punish me for calling out people that hard int in ranked games and trolls but refuse to ban people that actually ruin the game and the time people spend in it LOL. My bot lane was a duo of trolls that went 1-12 both admitting in game that they were first time Leona and Draven, the Draven had Klepto which should be banned on sight. Imagine banning people for trash talking in an online game instead of punishing the people legit ruining the entire match for their team.

What does calling them out do? Just creates a more negative environment. Just mute and report them instead of hurting yourself and your gameplay by pointlessly flaming in chat.

Trolling and soft-int is much harder to detect than verbal toxicity. Chat logs exist which makes it easy to check that, but soft-int/trolling can't be checked so easily, hence why it takes so long sometimes for the trolls to get banned.

Being first time, doesn't mean it's trolling. Sure it's a bad choice and sub-optimal, but it's not trolling, get your facts right.

Sure it might not be optimal but even people in higher elos run it on occasions, so I guess they should be banned too?

You aren't being any better than they are if you trash talk and flame them. And again, they weren't trolling, just a poor choice of first timing.
