Someone dies 10 times in 20min game. Is it feeding?

Remember time before minions spawn. So is dieing every 2min punishable or system sees feeding only as "going straight mid and die over and over"? I'm really fed with that kind kind of people, they dont' seem to be ever punished

Is it feeding? Sure. Is it intentional feeding? you'd have to show the gameplay to determine that. If they're just playing poorly, no, that's not punishable.
