its funny really, because everyone in the game was dead silent. until he was the one to start flaming our ryze, calling him braindead shit teammonkey. he then threw a couple of "retarded" at our draven. funnily enough, the only people he didn't go after were me and nautilus, and both of us were trying to calm him down.

It's not justice. You're subjectively offended at what someone said, which you're happy they're getting punished for when it did no harm to you. And you're being downright evil by showing your gratitude that Riot's automated system is set up to deny basic rights on their game.

The punishment is subjective too, and does no real harm to the banned individual. They can make a new account, and play a new game. And don't try to argue that it caused monetary harm. If they lost skins and RP due to ban, they simply lost their lease on Riot's virtual goods - which have exactly zero real-world fungibility. Chances are they did more financial harm to themselves by purchasing RP and Skins than was caused by Riot's proper application of their own banning system.

They are stealing. It's not hard to cover up the act when it's virtual goods up for sale. You can say what you want, but you're advocating for a person getting money stolen from them for the crime of....

Didn't you deny basic rights to the players to their game with your toxicity? Players didn't sign up to play a game to be harassed via crude names, getting told to end their life, and other junk. I mean, after all, the ToS told you to not be an asshat. Yet, you still did it.

No. No one has a right to ignore the mute button. You see something you don't like, mute the person. It doesn't hinder your ability to play the game. The TOS explicitly states that only actual hate speech is against the rules. So the example you gave of simple flaming does not fall under that.

And you're missing a crucial understanding here: every person has the right to free speech. You're advocating for something evil by suggesting that it's justice to take away his right to play the game for something you personally found offensive, especially since it wasn't even aimed at you.

You should do some serious thinking. Would you appreciate it if you were permanently banned for this very thread, wherein you're actively advocating for the removal of basic human rights just because your opinion is "incorrect"?
