Happens all the time, either it be on-hit tank shred vayne top, Jungle yasuo, or a mage botlane, It will not matter how well you do, you can outjungle the hell out of the enemy, gank successfully and do your job well, or win top or bot lane by a huge margin, if someone else is having a bad game, and they could be 1/5, you could watch them repeatedly hit their face off the enemy laner and miss every skill shot, flash, heal, ignite, and Mess it all up on their own, you can attempt to help them out, maybe get a kill, just to watch them go in and die again or make another bad decision that gets them killed as you look away from the lane for one moment to help the rest of the team. and they will ALWAYS say.
"gg {X Champion in X role}" and when they say they dont want to play the anymore, give up, and stop even trying to be somewhat of a team mate. it will be "im not going to 'try' to win the game when this player is playing {X Champion in X role} , we lose, why should i try, just go next."
followed by multiple instances of flaming, threats of reporting, and /all chat of them complaining the the enemy team that because of the champion you play, they wont try to win because YOU are trolling to them.
Doesnt matter how hard you try to carry, you could be 5/0 a 9mins, doesnt matter if you alone have gotten 4 towers and 2 dragons and rift herald.
They will encourage your team to believe you are trolling and will lose because the champion you chose if they dont like the champion.
and they will bring it to all chat too, and if it doesnt work, and it could work 9/10 times, but the one time it doesnt, you are trolling, and greifing your team, and regardless of how much the rest of the team feeds, runs it down, and purposly doesnt try to win, its YOUR fault.
and i think it's an incredibly toxic and Snowflake way to look at things, people are and should be allowed to play the champions they enjoy in the roles they want, especially if it works for them, and fits how they want to play the game.
and i also think people who play like this get hurt too much from the report system because salty bad players dont like admiting they suck horribly at the game and that 6/3/ vayne top who first blooded kills and the turret IS better then you, and thier pick may not be meta, but they make it work. and you are Wrong.
