Adding Someone that You Reported

just to play more games with the player and report him or her in each one (that he or she did something reportable in).

Is this action moral? Do reports count against friends? Is this something that I should do in order to take a more proactive stance against toxic players?

To the people who have downvoted: Can I hear your arguments as to why a person should not do this? It'll probably get the toxic person punished more quickly and it will also make sure that one less random person gets matched with that toxic person and has to deal with him or her. Is it being toxic to say "Hey, let's play some more games together" to a toxic player?

Doesn't really help I believe. It's sort of like the boy who cried wolf. If you repeatedly report the same person, it's starting to sound like a fake report, you get the jig.

Anyways, once you reported the person once his account is flagged, and more reports would make riot keep a closer eye on the account until punishment happends.

It completely doesn't matter. One report is all it takes. It flags the game and done. If you're toxic in multiple games and they play with you just to do that... well there's nothing wrong with that but it's probably a waste of their time.
