And they said they won't be banned. The sad thing is, they're right.

If you don't report them of course nothing will happen! That IS HARRASMENT! REPORT THEM!
Someone did this a month and a half ago, I reported and submitted a screenshot riot said they'd look into it. Got matched with the dude like 2 weeks ago who then gloated about how he didn't get banned with 4 people reported him and sent in screenshot of him telling people to kill themselves.
