@Riot: I'd like to propose a /Party chat

I see a lot of threads where players think they're joking around with their premade, and end up bringing their toxicity into team chat and exposing innocent players. The /whisper command is fantastic for enabling conversation with just one friend, but I think it might be worth considering a /party or /premade channel as well for groups of 3-4.

I don't like to ENCOURAGE toxicity, but since it appears that Riot is okay with friend groups deciding how to behave when they are not exposing innocent players to their antics, it seems like including a feature like this would be a net benefit to the community.
