Just looked at mine, if you hover over the icons it tells you what they mean.
It means exactly what it says it means. For the most part, you should have a pretty balanced triangle. This is mostly to show if you are lacking in something or do something extremely well. An example is my ranked gameplay show what I mean. Keep in mind that this is flawed as a support main because the gold income takes cs into account for a support for whatever reason. I get coin on Taric when most get relic shield, thus they have way more cs than I do.

If you played a different role than support and your chart looked like this, there would be a problem. That means you are not csing hardly at all compared to others of the same role and it is something that needs fixing. Disregarding the gold income, I can see that I'm excellent at map control and pretty average at combat. I could work on the combat statistics to improve my own play. I now look at the more detailed combat statistics and know that my KDA and damage per death are quite low so I know that my problem is that I die too much. There are some ways to fix this like playing less aggressively and paying more attention to the map.
