When feeder asking to 1v1 match after losing ranked

When mid fizz was clearly feeding entire game with score 3/11. My team lost that match cos he went to almost all lane to feed. What is his next excuse? Asking me to 1v1. Seriously....is this NA players' only excuse to prove how good they are when they had bad games or feeding? Even some games when i did bad, i accept my mistakes and learn from it. Not by asking other players to 1v1 me.
