Has the report robot gotten an upgrade recently?

Because I've noticed a massive increase in the number of "thanks for reporting, we got him" pop-ups lately

I used to MAYBE see those once a month for reporting someone that was telling people to die of cancer or commit suicide.

Now I'm getting them daily for reporting normal every-day ragers and toxic duo's
