Can we please bring back the Honor an enemy, sometimes they deserve it, and sometimes i deserve it. i think it would be so cool, cause im the nicest, i only flash mastery after i kill you, and only flash surrender flag once a minute.

Yeah, let's give an opponent another option to mock and ridicule you. Your enemy is not your friend, they don't treat you as a friend and they will use any opportunity to rub their victories into your face.
