Two matches in a row with people either flaming or trolling

What kind of luck is this? Why does this seem to be happening more often? It gets extremely tiresome dealing with this every time I log on to play some ranked. Makes it EXTREMELY difficult and frustrating to try to climb. Are they actually punished for this on the first offense, or does there need to be a pattern of this childish behavior? Yes, I do report them but it does not feel satisfying in the least bit. It just feels like I sent some generic report off to who knows where that might be read by some mysterious person that _hopefully _ punishes said individual(s).
