Please Penalize Dodging More Severely

Going to keep this short: I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to get into a draft game, but for all of the dodgers. Please make dodging less appealing. Totally obnoxious.

Its typical when new champs / VGUs get released.

People want to play that champ, if they dont get it, they'll dodge.
