but at the very least, when it comes to /ff, your team agrees and concedes the match. a single person giving up despite 4 others still trying is kind of a douche move. just note though giving up (and not afking at fountain, that's greifing) once or twice is NOT punishable. it becomes a problem if you do it consistently.

and besides, riot banning you is them showing you the door. you coming back and spending money is entirely on you.

Either that or the best possible scam I have ever seen. Make Giving up a reportable offence. But implement a surrender vote feature that is essentially "we give up, we concede" and then ban these players so they have to constantly cycle through accounts, pumping more andmore money in.

Either conceding a match (aka giving up/surrendering) is a reportable offence, or its not.

Your quote alone definitely will NOT get you punished. That is a very honest, non insulting way to say it. It won't get you punished, I guarantee. Someone may say other things surrounding that quote that will result in a punishment, or their action of giving up will result in a punishment, but that quote alone will not get you punished. (Talking about the "I don't think we can win this..." quote)

Well, yeah, that can be seen as giving up if it's straight out of nowhere.

But asking your team if they'd agree to a surrender, or laying out your reasons for bringing up a surrender vote aren't punishable.

Enemy first blood! "GG FF@15" - that can be seen as giving up.

"I'm not sure we can really win this. Kalista and Darius are pretty fed and neither are really going down easy." Surrender vote started - that's not giving up.

"This is starting to look like a downhill battle, should we FF?" is also not giving up.
