I'm very concerned for the league of legends community in the fact of toxicity as much as you folks at riot. I have recently been reported on several occasions by people that simply dont like me and are very good at convincing members of the team (and the other team) to report me. For example being extremely toxic then you and your buddy go on all chat and say to report me while im just over here asking for a gank... And then i get muted.... how is that right?

Also, why are you muting and banning players that are being toxic when its the players INSTIGATING the behavior that really causes the toxicity in the first place. I have never seen someone get banned when they follow me around the map because i banned their champion... Need an explanation riot. Better Yet, Fix It.

they do investigate why a player might be toxic however just because someone is being toxic to you does not mean you should return with more toxic beahvor

You cannot be suspended by erroneous reports. If you said nothing, then there's nothing for us to punish and we throw the report away (more or less).

Retaliation to instigation is equally punishable and reportable, hence your dilemma. Employ instant mute at the first sign of toxicity or you'll be going through this until you're perma banned.

I believe I can sum this up with two sentences:

Riot doesn't care how good you are at the game. Either play nice, or don't play at all.

Ive played well over 1000 games of league, and i can report confidently that 90% of those games had teammates that were not trying at all in ranked games, literally saying things like dude who cares, and winning isnt everything, are you fucking serious? i get banned and muted because of my competitiveness? Of course im gonna be pissed when i lose a game, who the fuck is happy after they lose? riot needs to get there shit together
