As someone that only plays a few games a day. I want to win those games. If i get pissed at my team for ruining the game for me. So be it, they ruined my game, they deserve what is said to them.

But did they pay fines? absolutely
Just because they may not be benched doesn't mean they weren't punished. League is just able to ban accounts that they find are being jackasses because they don't want that kind of crap in their game. Will it still happen? yes, because dicks will be dicks, but is that a reason to not try to make it a better place? no.
