Question 1: Situation: whole team is raging, even I. Why is it, that i get banned for 14 days when the whole team is raging, does it really matter that i was raging? it is really disappointing. That just doesn't seem right.
Question 2: upon receiving the 14 day mute, I was in a game lobby and it disconnected me from the server in order to give me the ban. Upon starting a new game, i have to wait 5 minutes to start a game. So i get punished for getting punished. Thanks riot, woohoo

Q1: just because other people are raging does NOT entitle you to be rude and offensive. Keep your cool at all time. Laugh at your mistakes, and you will have more fun even when getting ur @ss handed to you.
Q2: Punishments suck.

Here's the thing, nobody wants to play with a dick for the next 20+ minutes of their lives.
Well adjusted people play this for fun, not to be subject to a dick, so if you're a dick every match that's 9 people who have to deal with you and 9 people who have a negative experience of League of Legends.
Long story short: you're not wanted. Either act your age/grow up or get banned.
