i had just bought a 7 day boost to get the last 3 levels during vacation. and the pussies at riot ban me for 14 days? are you fucking serious?

Riot uses a tier system for punishments, typically two escalating chat bans > 14 day temporary ban > permanent ban. Riot will skip the first 3 tiers in the most severe cases.
Having received the third tier punishment already, that indicates that coming off your chat restrictions that your behavior has not changed and your account keeps getting reported by other players.
When your 14 day ban is lifted, you'll need to go 3 complete months exhibiting good behavior in order to deescalate your account one tier of punishments. So if you get reported anytime in the 3 months following your 14 day temp ban, your account will be permanently banned. If you manage to go 3 months without being toxic, then get reported a bunch, you'll go back to the 14 day ban.

Hey, at least it was just a 14 day ban. The next one is a perma. Try to keep it chill in game mate, I know it ain't always easy, but you can't control your teammates, just yourself and your own actions. If some one says some stupid ass shit, just mute the fucker. You've got a mute button for a reason. If some one trolls, such is life, it sucks, report em after and do the community a favor and make sure no one else has to suffer unduly. You can try sending in a support ticket to have your purchase start when your account is unbanned and if you make a compelling case and are polite and respectful with Riot Support Staff they may just do you that favor but you have to prove you are willing to be an uplifting and positive teammate in the future.
