can we report people in champ select?

I mean I just had a jungler lock in leblanc with ignite. I didn't dodge until the last second. #1. anyone that doesn't put smite at the last second should be kicked as a jungler. or if there isnt' at least 1 smite in the team. the jungler gets kicked and loses lp and everyone is back to queue. makes no sense. I ean I had some weird picks. or just let us report them (yeah I never gotten one of these "due to your report" messages despite some very seriously reasons). I mean. I lost lp because of a scumbag that didn't LOSE A SINGLE THING.

Take screenshots and report using a support ticket.

However, I should warn you that unpopular picks/summoner choices don't warrant a punishment, so if you're reporting on that alone, don't bother. But if you can corroborate with screengrabs of toxic chat, threatening to feed, etc, then go ahead and submit a support ticket with whatever evidence you have.

I agree that people shouldn't try to play ranked games at such an obvious disadvantage, but at the end of the day as long as they're making an effort to win the game their choice of champ, role, runes and masteries, summoners, items, and everything else is up to them.

No. Ive jungles sucessfully without smite numerous times. Granted it was an accident, but it's still possible and that alone is reason enough for it not to be reportable or pubishable.
