A suggestion for improving behavior changes in players

Hey Riot, As a player for over 3 years, since the release of the PBE, I've been trying to access it regularly. One issue that might come across as to why I have not been considered and what worries me is my assumed behavior in-game. I was wondering about something that could help me change my behavior and perhaps others.

Could there be a way for players to see what kind of players they are in regards to other summoners? Maybe some kind of rap sheet or a permanent record on behavior? This could give players feedback on how other players see them. Feedback on this idea would be appreciated.

You know what.. this is an excellent idea.. I know if i had a rap sheet, that said how often i was negative or toxic, it'd make me wanna watch that attitude the next time something triggers me.. MAybe attach a number score to it or something just to monitor.

ex. Oh that garen has a player rating of 7, lets just pass on him. BUT that Talon is rocking a player score of 95.

i would actually like if they had a system like that. it might even redouse the level of post for rioters to look through. but the only way im aware of to see how paryer view you is ether to ask lyte or someone else from player B&A in a post saying how toxic am i or you can see how people respond to you in chat while your in game in someone calls you toxic 7/10 time your probably toxic
