How in the world is saying "God these forums need a block feature desperately." constitute as being rude, offensive, inappropriate, and, harassment?

I checked into your most recent removal for you. That is not what you stated. You called another player a moron and told them to leave the thread. That is harassment and is not acceptable behavior.
Well if you were replying to someone it could be interpreted as saying that the person you're replying too is in need of being blocked. You would be saying that the person you're replying to is a bad person ie rude offensive. They all fall under the same category in the 4 options of reporting a comment. I think.
I always find it hilarious that mods/arbiters rarely appear until you are talking shit on them.
