How exectly do reports work? (skippable to vel for end

Now now,i know there is no tolerance for naming and shaming but ima put a portion later on... So. when you report somebody what happens? I see people say "OMFG RIOT STOP USING BOTS AND TRY TO FIX THIS **** GAME" generally followed by 0 context and saying they had an inter/trash team. but I have context. So I have been told somebody I reported got punished as I logged in not long ago and I was thinking "wait I reported somebody? I never remember to do that." so a trip to some match archives and I remembered. a poppy game I did. 6 DAYS ago. How long does it take to find this out? riot can give chat history when they punish,i am confident they have replays sitting somewhere. just grab the game file for games when a report comes in from said game and your done there...So is it real people or bots taking these in? if bots:step it up, yeesh. is people:is it that hard??? c'mon. people reported:3,all with KYS in their name(apart from that I ain't saying anything else. but then It was followed to a normal username so...) which is either an EXTREME coincidence or 3 man troll premade. everything seemed fin at first. in champ select I said "that's a lot of KYS" I get told I should too I take that as a joke and even then doesn't bother me too much... 2 minutes in. Mid lane is just sitting at the edge of the enemy mid turret spamming taunts and putting :) in all chat...a lot. the later just runs down mid as bot lane:support takes 1 CS and leaves game. ADC does a little flaming along with "/all bleep. as rito doesn't let there be more then 2 of those....asterisks things to highlight annie continues to feed for the rest of that game. not even a conversation! so me,riven and the on the enemy team just kinda make jokes waiting for the finish as vayne was marked as still in game so we couldn't FF. the game still went for like 20 minutes but that was 15 minutes of waiting in a 2v5. I was running outa jokes. So in the end? a game with THREE int/afkers all with the same toxic thing in their name, and AFK 2 minutes in, a flamer that AFK's 5 minutes in and a feeding mid spamming :) in chat when she died... And it takes you 6 days to tell me something happened? I have had a notification 20 seconds after I reported somebody. may have been somebody playing BUT THATS BESIDES THE POINT! who is in charge of banning from reports and all that? after some,again. NAMELESS RESEARCH! ok. no specifics given apart from KYS. the other 2 int very frequently (we talkin' 2 CS 7 deaths) (nd there is another who...actually plays very well....things like 20 kills no deaths) yet only now punishment has been issued. now,in my defense on the name thing. I don't think there is a non specific search... looking up KYS just brought me to a player who's name is just KYS. so no names were given apart from that random persons name so...HAH! LOOPHOLE! this is to signal this is where you should skip to so...yeah. What's the steps in handling reports? have had near instant replies to flaming but it takes almost a week to find out somebody AFKed/inted I am sure there is a mix of bots/real people checking so...yeah. a lot of time here.
