We need harsher penalties or new solutions to toxicity

Just ran into yet another troll...this one decided to ignore blind pick call order, told everyone to " Know their place bitch " and
" I'd like to end the year as a dick "

Looking over my submitted tickets for just this month in particular, i'm seeing way too much toxicity in flamers, self declaring inters, and willful afkers, and that's just my personal experiences.

Taking into account the behavior also being posted elsewhere on these boards alone, It's really out of control.
