How do you keep it together in games like this? I'm trying to be reformed because im on my last susp

I played mid, top and bot both fed, bot was 0/6 9 minutes in, top 0/4 at that same point, I was 1-1, I'm gold so I know I need to help other lanes but do not always make the proper play and don't have the proper knowledge of when / how to keep them from tilting and actually responding to the gank ... then they refused to surrender at 15, ok w/e, I'll play another 5, refused at 20, the game was over 10 minutes in but lasted 30 because the other team just walked around farming us.

I didn't say much but I am literally tilted off the planet atm, how do you keep it together in games like this? I have no idea how trolling isn't a reportable offense.

It turned into all 4 of them saying I was the one trolling because I ended up 1/5 because I was trying to kill creeps and not be afk and just so happened to be ganked a few times over extended from tilt ... so they blame the game on me.

Mute them and move on. Just play the game, they are trying to get a response and no amount of whining about it will fixing anything.

Realize that they are just words and while it may be frustrating right then and there, realize said words have literally no control on you and after, you can just move onto the next game.

0/6 bot lane? how does that happen? 0/4 top? In the same game? of course everyone has bad games but when I do I don't troll my teammates and try to tilt them even more.

It sucks when one of your lanes isn't winning, but for a short duration of the game, you can really only control your lane (unless you have teleport). If you're doing well, then you should gank bot or top when the time's right. Realize also that some teams will scale and others won't.

Coming from the other way around, when we're doing well and our mid is losing lane, I know I've got to help them out, otherwise the mid is going to be very problematic for me in the end.

I honestly don't know who scales well and who doesn't, I'm horrible as far as game knowledge goes, mechanics are pretty decent, game knowledge is bad.

It's not really an easy thing to recognize. I think for ADC's, it's a bit easy, but if you asked me about anywhere else, it's a tough call.

it is completely natural the way you feel. Riot just wants you to be submissive and docile which is unnatural. I suggest you give into your instincts. Use your aggressive feelings boy, let the hate flow through you.
