Let us dodge in promos

Riot, I just had two back to back games promo games ruined by toxic inters. The same toxic inter ruined the first two out of five promo games, now I have to win three in a row to advance. If I was allowed to dodge promos I could've saved the hour wasted in the second game he ruined, the 1+ hours i will now have to play to finish my promos, and however long it will take to get back to promos and win them (cuz lets face it, it's not very likely to win three in a row). I recognized the player from the game before and knew he would ruin the second game as well, which he did in equally toxic splendor. Still, I had to sit through the lost cause game so that I could hopefully come back from a 0/2 deficit in a 5 game series, instead of dodging and losing the series altogether. Also trolls seem so ridiculously common in promos that I wonder if you don't allow us to dodge just so that you can drastically reduce our chances of winning with these trolls.
