Spamming "Loser" is reportable?
There is this player keep spamming "Loser" and being cocky at end-game chat non stop just because his team win. Is it reportable?

yep, report him for chat spam, unsportsmanlike and harrassment as it can fit into all of those
Yeah, it's reportable. It can get banned if the person spams it too much. Tbh, loser goes into the same category as gg ez. Both of them are unsportsmanship so it is reportable/bannable.
for the spam, just mute the guy.... seriously..... and if you consider this harassment you might be soft

He did in fact break 2 rules:

Harrasment by calling you losers (same effect as GGEZ)

Spamming the chat (Although a much lesser offense, its still an offense)
You can report him for either or (or both in the same report if thats an option)
If you spam the Beck song, probably not. 3 Doors Down? That probably nets you a computer virus, government surveillance, and a singing telegram of Beck's version.
Seriously though, if you spam stuff, that might get you punished.
I mean technically anything and everything is 'reportable' as one can report specifically for it. Whether or not its punishable, I would assume yes. Its poor sportsmanlike conduct and would seem to violate point 2,34,6, and 9 of the summoner code as well as 5.1.vii of the terms of use.

I would say so. It will likely take longer for Riot to catch it since it was in the end-game chat but it is certainly very un-sportsmanlike and rude.
