Looting from matches

About 2 months ago i was banned for i believe a week. i have been doing really well lately and have not even received a warning that ive got reported or anything in these 2 months (pretty sure at least i think so) anyway im still restricted from getting looting chest from doing really good in matches are my restrictions permanent or will i be able to earn them back if i continue my good behavior
