I'm not including the name of the account because it's naming and shaming.

However, this guy has a 11 percent win rate in top lane, and did less damage than the support. I had the unfortunate displeasure to have him on my team twice in a row. He needs to be banned for boosting his account, because someone who belongs where I currently am isn't going to have an 11 percent win rate in almost 500+ games.

These players plague my ranked games, there needs to be more action taken against them.

Please grow up, dude. This isn't your personal e-raging hunting ground. No one cares about someone having a bad game making you lose. I had this happen all day to me today and I'm not here whining about it, to make others have sympathy for me.

And naming and shaming is NOT allowed. I'm sorry that people don't play perfectly and play up to YOUR expectations. And I'm sure since you are feel like you deserve challenger, everyone else worse than you should be banned, am i right?

Try filing a support ticket with Riot. Even though nothing will happen, at least your ego will be satiated and you can go to sleep happy :)

I can't say whether or not the OP is correct in labeling a booster, but I'll add my comment here: Riot needs to crack down on paid boosting. That means permanent bans for those offering boosting services, and some sort of disciplinary action, including revoked LP, for those who pay for boosts.

It's something that is much more common that Riot wants to admit, and it ruins the competitive integrity of the game.

I just want them to take the problem more seriously, that's all I ask!

You are aware that op.gg lists your winrate at 36% for support and 0% for jungle?

Also, their overall win ratio is 1% above yours.
