People who dodge games
Deserve a perma ban because I can't report them for being racist in the pregame lobby if the game doesn't go through.

Dodging is fine and sometimes needed when your team comp is really bad (full ad, no cc, etc.) With racism though, you can just hope that the other game he goes into with his toxicity he'll get reported which is highly viable.
Dodging is fine. Racism in pregame is not.
Maybe it's reasonable to assume they will get reported in another game because they already show a bad attitude..... I understand wanting to do something about it now, though.
Dodging is better than going through a bad comp team or even worse....troll teammates with troll champ selection.
Oh I thought u were gonna say should be permanently banned for dodging but it's the racism that u have a problem with. Understandable.
