Could he possibly get any worse?

I just finish a game but a very lucky win game. My team is facing so many advantages due to one particular player, namely Yasuo. As Miss Fortune called and pick top while other lanes are already taken except ADC bot. This Yasuo still autolock and went for top. As the game goes on, he lost his lane against Teemo top, so our Mid Teemo swap lane with him against another Yasuo Mid. Yet again this Yasuo lost again and swap back top lane. Even I as a jungler even ganked for him and yet he still died. Thus he began to troll and start feeding on purpose and building AP items. He even walk towards enemy team just to die and make our job even harder. His end score is 0/24/4. How I wish there is a perma ban report button for feeding and trolling on purpose.
