Can I be banned if nobody reports me?

First of all, I'm not looking for a way to be toxic without getting caught by making sure none of my team reports me. I just wanna get that out of the way.

Me and my friends like to harass each other constantly, but it's all just for fun and nobody actually gets their feelings hurt. However, I have been reported a few times when we didn't have a full premade, and the random just thought we were terrible people who didn't know each other & yelled at each other for every mistake. I will try to be more careful about what I say around randoms, but do I need to watch what I say around a full group of my friends? If nobody is reporting us, can we still get punished somehow?
