So I'm not good enough to get level 6 or 7 mastery on my champions because I talked back to someone that was sitting AFK at base provoking me all game? We should at least get a visual of our status so we can see when we are eligible for hextech crafting stuff if everything is going to shift over to that system.

Keep in mind, being validly reported increases the number of games you need to play.
If your punishment was more than a 10 game chat restrict, it'll take more games as well.
They also probably want to wait for the new client before implementing anything new. (or it might just be a limiting factor of the current client)

Stop telling people to go play games to end it, because i've already tried that and it doesn't work. 80 games so far, no reports , and still no hextech crafting loot.

I have no reason to prove shit to you, for all I know you are some 12 year old behind their mother's monitor. I don't say shit in games, I get a lot of false reports because I dominate people and they get butt hurt and report - and now I have my rewards back, so guess what - Case closed.
