A Rioter said Intent/troll detection will be updated when will we expect it to be out?

About 2 month ago a Rioter on Reddit acknowledge that this system sucks at detecting Intentional feeder and troll saying that you guys will update it in the future so I wanted to know how long? He said the system just detects toxic but for feeder and troll it's bad at detecting those player that you guys have to ban intent yourself.

The Rioter said in the future it will be updated but how long? If the new report system was out about a year and a half ago then you must have known that the detection is bad months ago not just recently, I really don't want to wait a long time for a system that should had been able to detect the basic intentional feeder to be release. Only players I practically see ban for intentional feeding are people who get exposed on Reddit or Streamer who feed on purpose since it gives a bad image for the game.
