Can we fix this, please?

Can we please let people report other people in post-game even if they're banned after that game (had a bad game with a flame war on all sides)? If Riot thinks toxicity is a big issue, they should get ALL the flamers banned/muted. Not just the ones that were lucky enough to not get reported. When I was (deservedly) banned about 3 months ago, it literally greyed out the report buttons before kicking me from the client. PLEASE Riot. At LEAST let us report the people that got us angry in the first place. I remember in that game more than one person said 2-week-ban-worthy things, and I couldn't even report them.

Every report counts.

The IFS is quick, but not instant, so there is enough time if you don't waste it. I suggest reporting people that you want to report right when the game ends, not waiting around to verbally spar first.
