Dont worry, they wont need to uninstall, theyll be forced to make a new account or uninstall themselves after a couple games like that.

Recently had a 5v3 Because jungle lost blue buff to invade.
Enemy invaded and took 
jungler's blue. So He pulled an "I'm out, bye" and Quit.
Upon seeing this, 
decided she wasnt going to "Deal with this shit" as she put it. So she waited to see if there was remake. When no remake option came up, she also quit, turning a 5v4 into a 5v3.
Jungle quit JUST BECAUSE The enemy 
took his blue buff in an invade, so he quit the match. Like a coddled little child who didnt get a cookie so kicks and screams on a supermarket food aisle.
