Pre-Lobby Ban-Trolls

I preferred Teemo. My teammate banned Teemo. I X'd out of league and came back with a 6 minute penalty. Is there any way I can report that troll?

I quit because that was a troll move, and I don't trust a teammate who does trolls moves within minutes of meeting them.
