Calling someone a noob a couple times in a non-demeaning way won't get you punished at all.
Using the word "noob" to harass someone for playing poorly or to abuse them for being new will get you punished.
I say the f word about 10 times a game along with a lot of other shit. Never chat restricted. So what the fuck did u really say?

: "Die!" "He died as dumb as he sounded."
Saying "Avast ye, noob! I challenge thee to a duel!" is very different from saying "omg git gud you fuking noob"
