So one of the enemy players decided to throw this intolerable homophobic F word at me and from what I can infer from his matchhistory he didnt get permabanned!!!! Something needs to be done to ensure bans are handed out as intended and reduce the number of people eluding the automatic bans.

I have a big problem with this, there is No reason other then to be an intentional dick to say such things.
If you didn't report and remember the game, then send in a ticket..Riot will eventually find repeat offenders...
