@Lyte, Please Advise

Hi Lyte,

I'm writing this here since I haven't been able to reach you on ask.fm and this is really important since, you know, end of season just rolled around.

I'll avoid mentioning or posting names but I'll put up a few [censored] screenshots to illustrate my point.

A few weeks back, I encountered an incredibly toxic Thresh player who repeatedly flamed certain people on our team, well into post-game lobby.

I reported him, figured the Instant Feedback algorithm would take care of him, and moved on.

Fast Forwards a few days, and I'm duo-queuing with a friend.

I run into this person again, this time on the opposite team, and to my horror, they were still able to post in all-chat.

The image I post is what happened in post game lobby.

Reported him AGAIN, hoping that other people wouldn't get subjected to his toxicity, and moved on.

A few days later, I notice he's still playing games, and probably still being toxic.

I send a ticket to Riot Support with screenshots attached, they said they'd look into it.

He/She is still playing as of yesterday.

I'm completely lost, because I thought the instant feedback system was supposed to be able to detect blatant hate speech like this.
