When you call someone a CU*T, that should be grounds for an instant punishment, so why isn't it?

Several times I've seen people use this demeaning word and others like it directly in teamchat, so if Riot has an algorithm for catching this that combs chat logs, why isn't it catching this and punishing this behavior? We shouldn't NEED 9 reports to get someone punished if they blatantly say this stuff in game, it's absurd.

Mind you, I've never personally used this word, but isn't this hypocritical? I've always wondered why this word is so off-limits when other derogatory words for males are apparently okay and can even be used on primetime TV. No, I do not think this word should warrant extra punishment because sexism is not a two-way street.

Its not that harsh to warrant insta punishment

Number of reports per case doesn't matter so you kind of missed the point there.

Thats not even how bans/report works. It doesnt matter how many reports you get. The reports are only there to make a case get reviewed and with how many reports there are daily you cannot possibly think they can catch every single thing in a timely manner even when it is automated. Things like this are punishable it just takes time.

It is most likely one of the words that can escalate punishment. If someone said that to you, the single report will catch them.

Because Riot does not want real justice but abusable system. I have always said Riot should put ALL chat of ALL games to the AI if they wanted really uphold summoner's code. THey do not. It would make too many assholes go away and they would lose money due lesser number of players.

Also, fun fact I picked up from the newspaper, c*** used to be the medical term for it and the Latin term the vulgar. This is not presented as an excuse, more as an oddity of social language evolution. It is still considered very offensive language in NA.

Because I don't want to be banned for pretending to be toxic in a 5 man premade for shits and giggles. Automated systems at that point means that people will be banned even if nobody was bothered by it.

If somebody is toxic to that point in your games report them because c**t is already a bannable wors.
