There shouldn't be a punishment for someone who afks in a premade team
unless the team decides to punish him per vote for both normal games and ranked teams

Anomander2 votesGo play a custom game where afk doesn't matter. If your playing against a matched team and afk you are ruining their game even if they win. I don't like winning a 5v4. I'll take it but I don't like it and it ruins my experience.

shyv1 voteswhen i play norms with a premade of all my friends we will often completely give up, all chat the enemy team to group and push mid, and sit at our fountain. we don't care about norms. all 5 of us are agreeing to afk, so it's not like we're fucking anyone over.
