There shouldn't be a punishment for someone who afks in a premade team
unless the team decides to punish him per vote for both normal games and ranked teams

Go play a custom game where afk doesn't matter. If your playing against a matched team and afk you are ruining their game even if they win. I don't like winning a 5v4. I'll take it but I don't like it and it ruins my experience.
