not autoing an open nexus should be a reputable offense

Well one team that did it to us learned their lesson. They decided to show off with some bad manners and commit suicide in our fountain. I managed to kill off the last minion with the nexus just holding on. We then moved right down and got their nexus. That's what they get for not ending the game when they had the chance.

Kinda surprised it isn't given how oversensitive this community is.
