RIOT why do you not ban people like this?

In my previous game I had not 1... not 2... but THREE people in a group together who literally sat in the fountain all game long... the ended the match at level 3... did nothing but talk shit... 1 of them is even a diamond player... why do you not just perma ban people like this? Im so sick of this shit

Can confirm that Riot does ban people for afking and being negative/toxic. Be sure to report these individuals who create a negative environment for other players in the post-game lobby or via the ticket system if you dodge a match.
