@Riot, What do you do with Trolls in champ select?

Situation: Ever have a game where someone doesn't like you and they ban your own champ ON PURPOSE, then lock a troll pick mid and say i hope you lose?

I want to add photos, but last time you guys said i was "witch hunting" so please tell me where I can submit my request with photo proof. I WANT THIS PLAYER PUNISHED. Or if you can help in this case Lyte, I'd much appreciate it.

Ive never had the troll pick and intentional loss aspect of it...but I have said I was going Nunu adc (as a joke during the whole choose who you plan on playing phase). No one said anything, I just saw someone ban Nunu and when the team questioned it he said "so he couldn't go adc with him" hahaha.
