I almost lost to bots - A TRUE STORY

Levelling a new account and grouped with all fucking scripting bots. Usually some games theres 1, ok, simple carry, report yet nothing ever done.

Took 47 mins to clear it carrying 4 bots who just hard fed http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2536374731/238689280?tab=overview

Varus and Rengar wouldnt even buy items until they could full purchase something, or buy random dumb shit (First buys were straight tri force or straight essence reaver) Varus derped around in the jungle moving back and forth then would get nonstop executed by jungle monsters after feeding mid half a dozen times. Would just stand there while raptors or red buff kills him over and over and over attacking with zero items

Rengar just attack moved up the lane regardless if there were champs or turrets hitting him. Was a glorified minion

Ashe and Khazix were likely some other bot program that had some sort of AI since they fed less but still just derped around firing random abilities in any direction with no regard to creeps and barely registered enemy champs. As soon as they were hit to below 50% they'd straight run back to base, or try to while getting mowed down in the process.

Facing so many fed pushing enemy bots we lost turrets and all our inhibs, while the Varus and Rengar bots would get executed by supers just attack moving down a lane. Khazix and Ashe bots would tank the supers to 50% then run. I was the only competent one left to fend off supers, fight off the entire enemy team while needing to push hard enough to take objectives, all while being summoner level 5 without teleport to port back to take turrets.

Permaban all these bitches

Permabanning bots is useless. They need to get rid of ip gains on co op vs ai past level 5. Edit: I mean xp, but ip too.

I play co op vs ai when I just want to mess around and chat with other people sometimes. But these botting accounts have gotten so out of hand that I think it is adversely affecting how people treat the game and punishment systems, what with players just botting to 30 to get perma'd and laugh at the system. And the botting industry must be freakin huge because they're everywhere.

dude if i were smurfing again, and i encounter these people id much rather shoot myself tbh, low skill players shud challenge themselves in order to learn. and if a low skill player were to play with one of these, their screweeddddd

i have lost to bots, whats your point? i agree with people leveling up 30 accounts, not everyone wants to regrind 1-30, riot can easily fix this issue by selling level 30 accounts.

Were they bots though?

First buys were straight tri force

I did that on every champion because "it gives a lot of stats". Up until level 12.

Might have just been new players. Not saying that bots aren't real, but not every bad player automatically is a bot. Especially in the early levels.

Both Rengar and Varus would just attack move up lanes, fire random abilities at blank spaces like if a lane was completely empty without even any minions varus fires his Q and E, walks into the jungle and just straight autos monster camps until he gets executed over and over while having no items. Players do this?

Rengar had ZERO items until he could afford a triforce at 3733 gold. I'm not saying he was working up the components along the way, had empty inventory until he was able to get the triforce, same w the eye of the oasis and righteous glory. No components, just nothing until it was a straight buy. With all those deaths and lack of CS it was about 20 minutes before he had anything

I watched my brother (who doesn't really play video games) play League against bots. He was on the same level as an intro bot, if not worse. He also didn't know about items, how to buy them and had a hard time figuring out what to do, when to use skills and how to survive at all.

That's not that uncommon. Some new players don't know about components or simply forget about them.

I'm not saying that it's impossible for them being bots but it might as well have been actual new players. Did you chose the "I'm new to this kind of games" option when you first started on the smurf? That could explain it.

No. Skipped that was was intermediate bots, the hardest bot level for the most exp.

Pretty ignorant to think that people dont know how to buy any cheaper items than one of the most expensive thing in the shop when the open up it up to see what they can buy. Even if you look at the champ damage its extremely low because the AI on the bot was so bad it doesnt comprehend enemy champs and happened to just accidentally AoE some damage when spamming abilities in a random direction.

Any person who is borderline conscious would at least know what an enemy champ is to at least auto it. I even tested it with all 4 of my teammates. Would get enemy champs super low 1 auto from death and none of them would attack the enemy champ

There's a current script for bots where they wait for allied minions to spawn and then position themselves behind the second minion in that wave.

I play Co-op vs. AI if I am in a low priority queue because then I don't have to wait as long to finish it. (Usually I can win games in 8-10 minutes in those as a tower killer.)
